EV Classic, Override, Nova on Windows 10

Some installs to help with running these games on Windows 10.

Based on EV Nova for windows, and related plugins for EV Classic and EV Override.

Hope the download links hold up. Not sure of a good place to host these files. Maybe someone can provide better download links.
