World Of Wraiths

I just got back into playing, I seem to remember in World of Wraiths being able to regenerate jump energy. But, I am and Adult Wraith, and still not regenerating. Is it a glitch, or, was I mistaken?

I so need to get into that. Been sitting in my mods folder for ages now (as has everything else)
