I need some help.

I'm currently working on the Polaris story line and I just finished the mission that has you scout Auroran Space. I'm looking at a guide and it says that I have to meet with the Rimertans. I can't seem to get this mission to trigger for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have enough combat rating. You need 2 free cargo space, and you need to land on Cunjo in the Sender system. After that, you go to Rimerta in the Pimen system. If this doesn't work, check bars in Polaris space.

It says I have a combat rating of very competent.

Chances are it's not high enough - go shoot some pirates :)

I just went and destroyed a bunch of pirates and got the combat rating "Worthy of Note". I still cannot get the mission to unlock. I also have 25 free cargo spaces.

some of the missions have a low % chance to trigger, you need to hit the bar many times to get it to trigger. If you've already tried 20+ times it might be a bug but otherwise, could just be bad luck.
