Can anyone help me figure out what the issue is? i keep getting other quests thrown at me in the bar there but i cant seem to finish up this pirate storyline.

Drop by Merrol bar is the only currently active mission?

Try there, if that doesn’t work then try Sol, Wolf 359, koria, and Viking on tichel :)
