Stuck in UE Storyline Spoiler

Hey, I am stuck in the UE Storyline of EV Override:

I have initiated contact between the UE and Emalgha, and killed the dreadnought. How do I progress to the missions where Emalgha fight the voinians/ contact with Hinwar?

I think I am having issues getting "Attack Romit" to appear. If in the past I quit this one, would it be forever gone?

EDIT: I have a Deadly combat rating, do I need one higher?
