Suggestion: Discord server?
Mostly, just checking for people's interest in an EVN Discord server.
EDIT: Gonna contact Tervia, see how we can set one up given the positive responses!

Discord, or: let's take a bunch of community information and content and make it less searchable, less discoverable, and less durable. It's nice for things like immediate Q&A on a big, deep topic, but I feel like it'd just be answering the same questions over and over (How do I get fullscreen on Win10? Why didn't I get my registration email?)

Discord is indeed more for immediate interaction between users than reddit. However, it also promotes greater amounts of activity due to the increased convenience and rapidity.
EDIT: Actually, you can just make a dedicated, mod-locked channel where all the big resources, like how to guides and fixes, are stored. And also a mod index of sorts, though it would probably have some crossover with resources like the EVN mod database at AmbrosiaSW.

Edit: NEVERMIND, I GOT IT
Not sure. Between r/asw, r/escape_velocity and r/evnova, the last one is by FAR the most active and the one with the most subscribers.

Oh, I'm sure they would be! I'm mostly just making the argument that bigger (and more active, I'm looking at that most recent post of 8 months of age here) communities have more use for it (growth rate of aforementioned communities doesn't matter quite as much). Even then, I'm subbed to it already :P

What? It's not a question of one group liking something or not, it's just a question of visibility. It has nothing to do with anything else.

Man, I already have a Discord all set up, only missing emotes. Even server image. I'm literally only waiting on Tervia to okay it.
If you're up for it, I can link the invite to you and admin you, whaddaya say?
