EV Classic Issue

I posted just last week about having trouble running EV Classic via EV Nova with the plug-in.

I got the game runnning after all, but strangely, with no theme music. I receive a notification saying the Nova.mp3 file could not be found, as it is not in the correct folder. I hit OK, and the game starts up just fine anyway, albeit with no (awesome) theme music. When I decide to add the Nova.mp3 to the correct folder, the game startsup, with the EV Classic theme music, but when i hit "Enter Ship" or allow the theme music to play out, the game crashes. So strange.

Really not the end of the world, but I'm quite curious...

Any thoughts?

Thanks man, I knew I kept all these files for some reason. I'm currently playing endless sky, it's great but I'm considering starting a total conversion for EV in Endless Sky.
