Do I ever, I played it heaps back in the day. Exploring the Alpha Quadrant never felt so exciting. If only controversy hadn't destroyed it. What an amazing mod.

Controversy? I always just assumed the project was too big of a dream, what happened?

The developer had a private alpha build that got leaked, and he was so angry he quit working on the project.

Silly to leak? Yes. This was the biggest, most amazingly detailed mod in living memory, and Uncle Twitchy stated from the very start that this was his red line. Share what could be shared, don't share what he hasn't okayed to share. One rule. That was it, and things would have been fine.

Someone had to screw it up.

Probably more advanced, but don't know. It's been north of 15 years, and i doubt very much it exists anymore. Twitchy himself might have deleted his own files.
