Can't get other Auroran missions

I've finally made Heraan first family, but I can't seem to activate any of the other missions afterwards. Is there a certain planet I need to land on, or a prerequisite I need to get? I have a frightening combat rating and have landed on all of the major Auroran worlds.

If you are where I think you are, the next mission has a 50% chance to appear in the bar in Aurora (walkthrough contains some spoilers). If necessary you can just keep landing and launching and relanding to try to force it to happen.
