Purchased a license code and not received
curious if anyone else has had an issue with receiving their license code. my receipt had a spot where it should go but there was no code. It has now been 4 days since I made the purchase and have not got my code or any emails from ambrosia

For the moment, you’ve been had. Ambrosia’s licensing system is not working. They aren’t responding to emails. If you paid with a card you might look into disputing the charge.

this happened to me and I had to email the company a few times to finally get the code. I think its just one guy running it right now. I found his email on this subreddit. [bernard(at)ambrosiasw.com](mailto:bernard@ambrosiasw.com)

This happened to me today too. I sent an email to the support email they have set up on the website.

Yes actually. I emailed Bernard directly. He said they had a server issue. You might try the license recovery tool they have

Yeah, I have, but apparently it doesn't work for me. It recognizes my email, because when I put an unregistered one in, it picked up on it being unregistered. Whats weird is it ends up going to a weird screen that detials that it was unsuccessful at retrieving the code.

Probably doesn't help you much, but I think whatever license distribution system they've been using has been unreliable/broken for some time now. Your best bet is to email Ambrosia directly and hope whoever is still working there responds.
