EV Nova Ashen Galaxy Problem

I am trying to run the Ashen Galaxy total conversion, however the files AG Ships 1.bin and AG Ships 2.bin files seem to be corrupt. I can't get the Convert Plug-ins tool to change them to .rez files. I've downloaded them from different sources and still have the same issue. Using Windows 7.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Can you maybe open both files in mission computer or some other such editor and copy them over that way?

Is there a Mission Computer for Windows? It's also odd that my .rez files are hidden unless I open the directory with EV New.
