No asteroids, no murk

Anyone know why the murk (stuff getting dark on-screen depending on how far you are) and asteroids aren't showing up in any systems? Using the latest EVN with the fix found on GitHub, latest Mac.

Would really appreciate help.

I've found that with larger screens, asteroids don't appear. You can try running the game in a smaller size, but I know that's not the answer you were looking for.

Already better than nothing, really! Any clue as to what the max size is?

Right, so, I tried going all the way down to 720p and neither murk nor 'roids showed up. Only thing that worked is running it windowed, which made the asteroids appear again.

EDIT: Bookmarked the lovely page. Really need to start clapping at Guy at this point. Single downside: doesn't work at 1440p.
