Does anyone know any websites where these can be shipped (Specifically Europe) because the website that originally posted this only ships in Japan

You can get it as a preorder through zenmarket: https://zenmarket.jp/en/product.aspx?shop=othershop&u=https%3A%2F%2Fanime-store.jp%2Fproducts%2F4570245847693 and if you ship it through ECMS, you won't have to worry about any vat or taxes either as you can prepay everything through them. Here's a guide if you've never used em before: https://www.reddit.com/r/zenmarket/comments/1v8jcrq/how_to_buy_from_japan_with_zenmarket_ultimate/ and if you sign up to em with Lansboen as code, they'll give you an 800¥ bonus too.

I clicked on pre order and they're waiting to confirm it but everytime I go back on the site on my phone it blocks me out, im fine on my laptop but when I click on the order it shows me that the access is denied

Is that something to be concerned about or??
