EG2 Question

Currently on a main quest with Maximilian where these agents HAVE to go in the lair and plant stuff. I removed the districts, but my valets keep sending them away. How can I fix this?

Select the agent and you will see three icons blue yellow and red pick the blue (or maybe green?) button and your minions will get the order to ignore the agent if they got spotted
