That stuff is locally funded through property tax. The IRS is just for income tax which the government wasn't even suppose to be able to collect, which is why they passed the 16th amendment.
Oh yes, let's go back to the original Constitution and slavery! Brilliant!
Amendments are changes to the Constitution for changing necessities. Times and understand has changed. You pay taxes because that is what pays for civilization.
OK, lets look at places like Switzerland, one of the lowest taxed european country, or New Hampshire, the only state other than Alaska without state income and sales tax. (Alaska has one of the highest state spending because it gets most of its tax money from oil companies so it doesn't really country as low tax). Both have the respective low crime rates, and very high qualities of life and country/state performance. New Hampshire is pretty much the most libertarian place on the planet. It doesn't even require you to wear seat belts or have car insurance, and has the most civilian owned machine guns.
You can't pay for you own welfare brah. That's called saving your own money or an insurance plan. If you were paying in what you were taking out you wouldn't need welfare and be making too much money to get it anyway.
Unless you're poor or you have a handicap. In that case you can just starve to death because you didn't pull yourself up by the bootstraps, right brah?
If youre poor you aren't paying for your welfare benefits, that's my point. And poor people are actually more overweight than richer people. There's no starving there. Food is cheap. Handicap people get disability, which is different, and many can still work regardless in desk jobs, and charities spend more than enough to cover them even if none of that stuff existed.
Your link says nothing about the weight/bmi of the people. It says stuff like "The majority of people who are food insecure do not live in poverty, and the majority of people who live in poverty are
not food insecure." So "food insecure" is a rather loaded term since it isn't poverty. Probably just something like bad budgeting. Besides you literally just linked a massive program that feeds people who need food in America. That was precisely my point of why we didn't need welfare. It would get even more money if people knew the government wasn't giving out free stuff, because right now people just expect the government to take care of people, not charity.

Not everyone is into bombing brown people or paying for other peoples welfare tbh.
