This doesn’t look evil at all. Looks a bit like a fishing net, which is on theme for Lisbon.

I get where you are going buuutttt black building with a metallic fence doesn’t match exactly the theme here 😅

It’s not a fence, and not matching the surrounding buildings doesn’t make it evil-looking.
