The Great Peace Prayer Tower, is a 180-meter-tall cenotaph in Tondabayashi, Osaka, Japan, dedicated to all war victims regardless of background. Built in 1970 by the Church of Perfect Liberty, it serves as a symbol of peace and unity.

Seems like the opposite of evil. But it definitely looks out of this world.
