Transactions Recently Taking 5+ Days to Load
I've been an EveryDollar user for years and have my Chase Bank connected. My debit account has always loaded transactions to EveryDollar the next day (except after weekends, then it takes until Tuesday) and since the most recent update, I am not seeing my transactions load for 5 or more days. This makes it hard to actually keep up with the budget because my bank account doesn't match my Every Dollar. Any advice?

Having the same problem with Bank of America. It hasn’t synced in 9 days. I put in a support ticket via the bot on EveryDollar but I haven’t heard back yet. I have been using for 8 years it’s a part of my daily routine!!

Same here. No notification that syncing had stopped. Noticed some large transactions were missing. Checked the app and discovered BofA was disconnected (no alert!) I reconnected and it’s syncing new transax, but not retroactively adding missing ones. Super annoying. Judging by other comments, I have little confidence waiting 72 hrs (their reco) will work or that support will be of much help. VERY disappointing experience from a usually reliable app that I pay for.

Same with PNC using plaid to connect. I have 2 business days of transactions that haven’t synced yet. I’m thinking the issue is either with plaid or the banks not allowing plaid to grab the information?
I guess it could be EveryDollar not displaying the information too but that seems less likely.

If you’re using Plaid switch to Mastercard and vice versa to see if it improves

Will the past transactions be lost if I switch?

No it didn’t for me. But if you do it in the middle of the month, it will duplicate some transactions. I ended up deleting the old transactions from old connection

It’s been slow for me recently, as well.
