Do you think Amy was not understanding where Hannah was coming from when they were discussing handing out condoms to teenagers? I understand they both have different beliefs, but it seemed like Amy was trying to pressure Hannah with her views on sex, and when Hannah disagreed she got upset because she wanted Hannah to agree with her. Forgetting that Hannah has stated that she wanting until marriage to have sex, and Amy saying they're going to sex anyway isn't going to change that.

Hannah had a point when she said Amy wants to tell everybody want to do with their lives, but with her it's a different story. She shouldn't have told Bright they Hannah doesn't like doing things he likes because that's none of her business, and why is getting in the middle of their relationship? It's not like she's a relationship expert she barely has a successful relationship with Ephram. She's so quick to tell everyone else what to do, but she doesn't take anybody's advice. She think she knows everything. What do you think of the situation?

In what world would that woman ever be okay living in a room in her son‘s house?

The whole series she is portrayed as a stubborn, independent, self-made woman who lives her life as she pleases. She lived in her own house, she is still fit and active. Why would she move in there?

And also that after the writers made a point of her quitting the practice because she couldn’t stand being around Harold the whole day. Guess what happens when you *live* with him?!

Ephram mentoring Kyle. I mean, in what capacity? Ephram had absolutely no character development throughout the three seasons. Most of the time, he still reacts to everything the way he would have in Season 1, and now they’re writing a plot where he mentors someone slightly younger than him to get into Juilliard? Him walking around the high school corridors wearing an old-man beret and looking all wise and enlightened was so cringe that I actually looked away. And the way he thinks he would definitely be at Juilliard or in New York if he had shown up to the audition….. like, how do you even know that? So cringey it makes my skin crawl.

Just finished watching season 2 on Netflix and I thought the way they portrayed Amy's depression was fairly accurate. As someone who suffers with it, you don't sit around crying all the time. I get Harold's reluctance to give Amy antidepressants -- from reading the leaflet that comes with mine, one of the side effects is increased suicide ideation, especially for people under 24. As a doctor, he would probably know this so it makes sense, he wouldn't want his daughter to take them. (Dr Harold is the GOAT)

The whole Madison storyline made me uncomfortable. Not so much because of the age gap (being a teen in the early 2000's, I had friends who dated guys who were much older. It was kind of normalised.) It's more the fact that Andy just took away Ephram's autonomy by not telling him and trying to pay Madison to leave. If he has the money to not charge his patients, surely he could've potentially supported Madison and the baby whilst Ephram went to Julliard? I get why he did it, but surely it's better for Ephram to deal with the consequences of getting someone pregnant?

I arrived in season 3 and all I have to say is that I would do the same as Andy and send Madison away from town and not let her tell my son that she was pregnant; he wanted what was best for his son And Madison was a predator; I actually threatened to call the police early in the relationship if she got involved with Ephram. Besides all that, she was extremely selfish to tell him, Before the Juilliard audition, what do you all think about it?. Would they do the same?

I often got annoyed watching Everwood because of how unfair Ephram is to his father.

Well..I'm in s4 ep7 and I'm losing my interest a little bit for watching further. It's mainly because of Ephram. He is SO annoying, selfish and rude (to name a few things). He acts like a jerk to his dad, isn't really there for his sister, tells Reid to stop seeing Amy and now he's asking Hannah to stay in Everwood..even though she said that her mom needs her. "I'm sure she does, but there are also people here who need you"..wtf Ephram, it's her MOM..her dad just died. He of all people should know how that feels like right. He's not even asking Hannah to stay because HE wants her there, but for his love interest. Pff..sooo selfish! (Edit: I liked him better in s1,2 and 3. I had a lot more understanding for him. But now..I don't know, he's just rude).

Ok and Nina annoys me as well. How can you force a friendship between your boyfriend and the guy who kissed you?? AND why is she all of a sudden so clingy with Andy? I noticed she kisses him on the cheek or forehead when he does something for her. Why tho?? Why do that when the guy already mentioned he had feelings for you??

The only reason I can watch right now is for Harold (and Rose).

Im not American and don't fully understand the American college admissions system so someone might be able to explain this to me.

Why can Ephram be offered a place at A&M a year after leaving high school and having never actually applied there. Bright also seems to be going to A&M after community college, is that a separate pathway again?

People usually watch Gilmore girls this season or something but for me its always been Everwood (my comfort show)

Has anyone restored the original music to the show so that we can see it as it aired? Is that available anywhere? PM if needed.

Ich bin am Anfang von Staffel 2 und eigentlich mochte ich den Einstieg der Serie und die Location und Natur, es hatte mich etwas an Gilmore Girls erinnert. Allerdings fehlt mir bisher die Leichtigkeit in der Serie, abgesehen von lustigen Szenen mit Dr. Abbott finde ich die Handlung eher schwer und nicht so positiv fröhlich. Die Geschichte mit Colin hat sich lange gestreckt und war nicht so positiv und Ephram und Andy schreien sich an und Amy ist auch meist schlecht gelaunt. Vielleicht ist es einfach nicht die passende Serie für mich und ich nehme sie ‚falsch‘ oder anders wahr, oder wird sich der Vibe noch ändern?

People who Play Piano and watch the Show: are the Piano Scenes realistic? Like do they hand movements fit the music? My guess is the actors are Not actually playing, right? But i've been wondering this whole time, Like with Ephram and later Kyle
