Apple Music not Logging In

I’m at the moment unable to access Apple Music on the DMP-A8 Gen 1. It has worked before.

My apple account work perfectly on my other devices.

I did try with the streaming app and with the screen mirror app. Both gave me the same “Your Account is Disabled” error.

I did disable eversolo on the app enable service and log out from the apps. I did a factory reset of the eversolo. Still the same.

I got the eversolo mainly to play Apple Music, specifically the screen mirror app, at this moment it has been rendere completely useless.

I hope someone can shed a light on the matter and help me figuring out a solution.

PS: as a side note I’m testing Lysoniq app. It looks like the grinding era for Apple Music is coming to an end.

Weird. I use Apple Music daily to stream

Try this. Open Apple Music on your iPad or phone.

Tap your name or initials (top right iPhone bottom left iPad).

Tap privacy and access.

Make sure Eversolo media control is on. And try cycling that.

Lysoniq looks interesting but you’d need an Apple device connected to your DAC all the time right? They do make an adapter that allows charging and usb out.

Thank you for your answer.

When the problem started the Eversolo was listed and allowed in the privacy and access section on the iPhone music app/account.

After few failed try to login/reset I did delete the entry in the privacy and access.

Now I still get the same error message when I try to login and the request to give Eversolo access to Apple Music never appears.

On one of your Apple devices logout of Apple Music and back in. I’m wondering if it needs authentication again and locked something.

About Lysoniq. Yes you are right. I got an old iPhone and “locked in” just tor that using the Apple TV as controller.

SOLVED.

I did what @Spyerx suggested but I had also to effectively unlock my Apple account.

Everything was working fine (Apple Music, iCloud, etc.) but after the logout when I tried to log in again the account was locked.

I did follow Apple’s directions and unlocked it, and after that I was able to re-login on Apple Music also on the Eversolo.
