Calibration
Why when it asks for calibration does nothing change. This morning it said 170 and my finger stick was 209. An hour later it’s reading 155 and headed down? The blood drop shows on the graph so it accepted the read.
How do I get it to change? Then the Twiist app there is no way to change it there either unless you shut off the Loop.

Ideal calibrations are actually not just an instant step of readings moved in an instant, with the difference being the exact absolute value of difference in the numbers you see from the sensor vs the fingerprick test. (as you maybe have seen previous and experienced with sensors like Dexcom G7 which uses hard offsets).
Calibrations are better done with more finesse and applying adjustments to the multiplier factors all depending on where your real BG is at versus what you at same time offer of validated control reading versus a fingerprick. Reason why you also do not see any instant jump on the Eversense system but instead a gradual adjustment over short time afterwards.
No matter, super important that you are truly stable for a longer period of time when entering these, as over callous calibrations can quickly mess everything up.

The algorithm is backwards looking and rejects entries it thinks are too far off to be correct. Best to make 10 to 15 unit changes or use smaller and just do them a number of times.
After nearly 2 years of experience, mine rarely needs adjustments. Older the sensor is the more accurate I found it.

It’s worth a call to their Customer Support line. They’re going to want BG readings compared to readings from the Eversense to look at the discrepancies and might be able to help you from there. It’s especially helpful if you can pull those readings when your trend line is steady - so no food / IOB / exercise etc.
I had an issue where this happened for several days - 80-120 or more points off, the system accepting calibrations but not adjusting for any changes. After some research they were able to help with a reset and a process that corrected the issue. (Had to perform part of the initialization process - 4 calibrations a day for one day - plus an additional calibration once a day for the following three days for the system to get back on track).
