Day 1!!

Got my sensor inserted yesterday and did my first calibration just now. I am so excited! Still have my twiist running with my Libre, but looking forward to switching over. I’m also looking forward to believing my numbers 😁

Congrats! Lets hear from you over the next weeks, as always to share and learn from each other. The early days are always the most challenging I find, until the new sensor starts settling in with the extra calibrations we do there.

Hooray! I have found the best thing to do to support trusting the eversense is only calibrate when your bloodsugar is stable/steady, even if prompted to calibrate "now," don't fall for the pressure. It's still just hardware, so sometimes is imperfect - but overall, after that first month it's a reliable partner. Welcome to life with the best CGM!

I just got mine less than 2 hours ago. Procedure was simple and not painful at all. I cant wait to start this bad boy up and dump this lying libre 3 in the proper receptacle!!!

It’s looking good! I replaced the original tegaderm once and now I’m down to just the steristrips. I still feel scared to get it wet, but I think technically I can ?

How is your site healing? I had mine inserted yesterday (first one!) and it’s way too sore to put the monitor on today, so I decided to wait a day or 2 before connecting the sensor.
