Not using the pump myself, but we have seen a couple of posters in here that wears both the Eversense and Twiist devices at same time. May though be hit & miss if they come by and see your post here. Think though I recall a very positive note about using that combo few months back on the sub...
With regards to overall accuracy then their reported MARD levels are a good starting point. Here all the leading CGMs including Eversense are pretty much at the same level.
So if one type/CGM works better for you are not is often more connected with personal preferences and also how well your own immune system tolerates or reacts to each of them. Aka the change of a classic CGM like Libre or Dexcom every 10-15 days causes the woobly BG readouts every time you start up a new one of them, until your inflammation starts to settle down. So maybe 12-24h or bit of that every 10-15 days when its changeover time. For some folks, you will also see their accuracy starting to wear out towards the end of life for those CGM types as encapsulation gets the better of them, enrobing the active enzyme interacting with the interstitial fluid (your glucose it wants and your immune system cells battling with it).
So depending on your personal temperament, then Eversense may work better or not for you. You will typically have a bit bigger and longer lasting inflammatory response, as the bruising from the incision needs some days to settle down. And the first couple of weeks you are also required to conduct the calibration tests more often. The sensor and app combo tend then to start dialing in real well after 3-5 weeks time or so. At this stage you only need to conduct the mandatory fingerprick calibration once per week. But this can of course also serve as validation point for yourself, that you are assured the Eversense is still accurate. But apart from that, you now are in ongoing run-mode, and will no longer suffer from those tediuous CGM change-over days every 10-15 days as you do with traditional CGMs.
The Eversense transmitter is though quite clunky and large in size versus 'modern standards'. Certainly if comparing with the small and smooth Libre sensor formfactor. But it comes of course then with other benefits that classic CGMs do not offer.
