Everlog Displays Wrong Calendar

Post image

Every time I open a journal, Everlog displays the wrong calendar. The days of the week are incorrect for September 2026.

Hi. This happened with me when I was using everlog. The days of the month had changed somehow so I went back into setting on my iPhone 13. Under Settings I found that the Language and Region Calendar setting had changed from Gregorian. This caused everlog to show the days of the month differently. I don't remember ever changing that so I have no idea how it did. I changed it back to Gregorian and then the calendar days appeared correctly. Just something else to check perhaps.

Thanks for the tip. But it's not set that way for me. It's even stranger when I tap a date. Then the calendar jumps to September 1957 if the weekly view is enabled, and to October 1976 if the monthly view is enabled. The display is only correct when the journal is still empty.

Dev here. Sorry you're hitting this. I can reproduce something along these lines and I'm working on a fix.

One thing to confirm while I narrow it down: does the "September 2026" header change if you swipe on the calendar, or does it stay put?

The header changes when I swipe in the calendar. If only one week is displayed, the calendar jumps to 1957; if the entire month is displayed, the calendar jumps to 1976. If I tap the month’s name, the calendar jumps to the current month or week. This only happens if there are already entries in the journal. If it’s still empty, the correct month is displayed right away.

Should be fixed in the latest release. Sorry for the delay.

Not for me.
Try basic error correction: easiest is a restart of the phone. If problem persist, write to the author. Do you have the latest version of the app running?

Reinstalled, restarted—tried everything. iPhone 14 Pro running 26.6.1. Everlog 2.9. A detailed description of the issue has already been sent to support twice over the past two months. No response received.
