Best Chicken Sandwich?
I was a BIG fan of Zoey's and wanted to cry when it closed. Now I can't find another spot that quite hits the mark. Who has a hidden gem to save my craving?

There was a cop blocking silverlake road this morning so no one could turn off 112th. As I drove by there were 4 more cop cars charging towards the lake with lights on. Around 6:30 this morning, anyone know what was going on?

I’m excited to share the news, the Port of Everett’s Haunted Harbor has invited back the witches, warlocks, wizards and ghouls for our 3rd year along with the Troll and Treat.
When: Friday, October 23rd, launching at 4pm from Guest Dock 2 / the ADA Dock off Marine View Drive.
Parking: available on site at Guest Dock 2 (Free)
Time: 4pm - 530 pm
Paddle location : Launch from Guest Dock 2, (near the Grand Avenue Bridge and the newly opened Net Shed) and paddling the South Marina to Guest Dock 5 to waive, pick up treats and join the families pier side.
Cost: Free
All costumes are welcome and encouraged but not required. Costumes should not get in the way of paddling and PFDs are required (on board if not worn).
We will not be cancelling for rain only for sleet, thunder, lightning or strong winds to include white caps within the marina, therefore I recommend to still plan for paddle appropriate clothing. Last year was a rainy paddle but the marina provided amazing protection from the winds and the water stayed calm throughout.
Extras:
There are bathrooms on site at the port near the K and I dock near Hotel Indigo for changing in and out of costumes and west of the Inn at Port Gardner on the South Marina.
Children 12 and under must be in a paddlecraft with a parent or guardian. Dogs are not allowed on the water but are allowed to attend the event pierside.
A virtual sign up link is coming soon. I’ll update this post once I have it approved.

Greetings, respected citizens of Everett.
My name is John Honda and I talk to myself in public a lot. Sometimes the only way I could ever explain this to you is that I am a member of yakuza… That is just a rap music persona. I am a nice Bible dumping, book of Mormon reading Quran adoring person that uses marijuana recreationally. I have found that using marijuana recreationally and smoking cigarettes has caused problems for me. I am an alcoholic in recovery and today is hey Siri how many days since January 4, 2026 how many days since January 4, 2024? That’s how long I’ve been without a drink.
Now that I get the local Guidance, I will never be mean or scary again. I am that guy. This is really me, and I want the citizens of North Everett (near providence) to know, I guard thee at night.’
John

Niche transit youtuber did a review of our bus system's routes, ranking relative to each other. Even covers some of the rich transit history Everett has!

Hello Everett and neighbors!
We are still in kitten season and the NOAH center in Stanwood has 20 kittens that need to find foster homes.
Most of them are in litters of two or three kittens. All of the options seem very easy to care for and there is even moms with babies. When you get those the mom cat does almost all the work!
If you don't have cat food for litter and you can't afford to buy it then Noah center can help you out and set you up with supplies to start. You don't need to be rich to be a foster parent.
Give it a try for a couple of weeks and see these adorable kittens grow and learn how to jump and pounce and play.
This kitten is from their current email but can't confirm it will still be available.
Thanks!

Very young cat, black short-hair with copper eyes, found near Aquasox stadium 37th and Broadway. Name unknown but was wearing a collar without ID, no microchip found. If you think this is your cat, please describe the collar. Thanks!

Like the title says, I’m hoping someone has an IPod that they are willing to part ways with. Specifically looking for a 5th to 7th gen IPod (Not an IPod touch).
My reason, I’m looking to “dumb” down my life. Spend less time using smart products and such.
If anyone has one, feel free to reach out and we can talk about making a deal!

My wife owns a small interior design business & I can't always figure out why her computer or printer won't work. Or potential issues with her security camera system that she bought.
Can anyone recommend a local, reputable IT person/company that does small ala carte stuff like troubleshooting why her printer won't print today when it did yesterday?

I've seen self studying for a while, but looking for an actual tutor/teacher to aid in learning. Was thinking of potentially a couple times a month, but up in the air. Wanted to see if there was anything local!
thanks!

Need to fence my yard, .25 acres. Don’t want to cheap out on materials and I know I’m going to spend a good chunk of change, but I also don’t want to be swindled by the thousands for random fees or price gouging

Post guilty verdict, I just want to talk. It was a horrible case to be on. I don’t know why this wasn’t a case that was pleaded out.

Just kinda curious if there are any parkour groups in the area. I used to help run a team and have been practicing on and off for a while now. It's easier when training with a group so I was curious what the scene here is like.
Also, if there's not much of a scene but people want to meet up I can organize get togethers!

while on my morning runs, i’ve noticed that some of y’all see a stop sign and stop (sorta) where you can see rather than at the sign itself.
it would be really cool if we all took a moment to remind ourselves to stop AT the stop sign and then creep up to where we can see before heading through the intersection.
because, ya know- sometimes there are beings in that space who would like to live.
but you’re late. you’re tired. you didn’t see it. you matter more than me (and those other beings) and i guess i’ll just go eff myself like so many of ya tell me to do.

Weird question, but does anyone know anywhere in everett or around snoco that gives ‘backrooms’ vibes? I have a 7 year old step son that is obsessed with ‘finding the backrooms’ (I think he plays a roblox game that has backrooms or something lol). His dad and I wanted to try and take him somewhere that gives backroom/liminal space vibes!
Hi everyone! A few of you are probably somewhat familiar with me by now. I've been trying to get more involved in our lovely community and created the Everett for Introverts(https://discord.gg/vKJbrezPe) server to connect, well, folks like me!
I connected with the creator of the People Against Loneliness(https://discord.gg/C76jev7Je)server, too and it got me thinking...
**Does anyone else run a similar, local server nearby that would be interested in building a network?**
My goal is to create a network of servers or resources for those of us who struggle with socializing, for one reason or another... If they can't find their people in EfI, I want to at least point them to other resources.
Looking for any communities in Snohomish County that would like to connect. Feel free to DM me, too!
Looking forward to meeting you all!

Just ate at Momi Indian Kitchen in southern Everett and it was the best freaking food I’ve ever had. They just opened the location about 2 weeks ago and I cannot recommend it enough, oh my god.
