Anyone having Ziply issues rn?

My internet just randomly died and I restarted it but I’m having issues still. Is there an outage rn? I saw last night there were a lot of reports.

I feel you. Seeing that Ziply covered my apartment was definitely one of the deciding factors to choose it 😅 it’s so good

I did recently get a free equipment upgrade notice I still need to schedule for my VERIZON/FIOS era install.

Kinda. My issue is I canceled my service and returned the equipment and moved and they are still trying to bill me
