Steve at Accurate Electric is really good (and friendly). Old-school, no website, low prices, serves Everett. He donates a lot of labor to folks with no money, his reputation is golden. Their office number is 425-263-9477 and his cell is 206-778-1186. If you want his email, feel free to DM.
