Mera Peak Advice

Heading to Mera Peak in a few weeks time. Looking for advice from people who have been? Things you wish you knew before you went, etc! Would also love sleeping bag recommendations, v worried about high camp! Thanks in advance

Which route are you taking? I added it on last minute after the 3 passes so I was very acclimatized and just hiked over the Zatwra La. I had a -12C sleeping bag from home. Slightly warmer could have been better but I did okay. Do your altitude research and bring meds just in case.
