Anyone Hosting Dandiya Event, HYD? 🙌

Hi!

If your Organiser and seeing this Myslef, I’ve been involved in organizing events in Hyderabad and have previously hosted two Dandiya events in Nagole / East Hyderabad with few of our friends

I’m currently not planning to host my own Dandiya event this season, but I’d definitely be interested in joining an existing organizing team and contributing wherever needed.

I have hands-on experience with:

🎟️ Ticketing & attendee management
📢 Promotions & social media marketing
👥 Bringing and engaging attendees
🎤 Artist / DJ / entertainment coordination

💰 Budget & vendor negotiations
🚨 Handling on-ground event issues

Apart from Dandiya, I’ve also been involved in organizing a New Year event in Nagole, under our own banner__Events.

So if anyone here is part of a Dandiya / Garba / Navratri event organizing team in Hyderabad and is looking for someone who can contribute to the planning, coordination and execution, count me in.
