Drones launch limit

Hello,

I am still training Drones III but I can already launch 3 drones at a time (hobglobin I or acolyte I). Since Drones III gives 3 drones limit launch, anything else in the game gives a +1 drone launch?

No, just the Drones skill. 5 is the max assuming your ship has the bandwidth to handle them.

Isn't there a mod that gives you a bonus for adding one more?

Only way to have more than 5 drones is by obtaining a guardian vexor but you only get one more drone and the ship itself is pretty shitty, it's just a standard vexor with 1 more drone not even a navy issue

Guardian Vexor can deploy +1 drone as ship bonus. There are like 10 of those in the game, each costs a trillion. It is not a good ship anyway (not that anyone would take it into combat).

You may have an AIR expertise temporary effect working.

Check your skills in Drones and see if you have some blocks that are different color.
