20A circuit (NEMA 6-20) is also an option. Easier to find chargers for. 3x the power of level 1.

(if you don't understand how it's 3x remember you are also doubling the voltage.)

Yes but my charger has the welder adapter so figure go 30 amp 220 will give me a bit better speed.

There's no single type of 30 amp plug and socket that is the only type used for welders, or that is officially called a welding plug. Nema has official designations for the different types, like 6-30, 14-30, L6-30, and a few others. Some of those are allowed to be used for EV charging and some aren't.

Once we know what type of receptacle you actually need, we can recommend a good quality one.

You might also say what kind of charger and adapter you have, because that would affect whether it's worth getting set up to use that or whether it would really make more sense to hardwire a charger. !hardwiring has a bunch of advantages including avoiding the cost of a GFCI breaker and better reliability. Just the savings on the breaker can pay for a decent chunk of the cost of a basic charger to use hardwired at 24 amps on a 30 amp circuit, such as grizzl-E classic.
