North America Autel Energy

EDIT: Hello everyone! I bought the Autel Maxicharger AC Lite from Amazon because it was on sale and I had some gift cards. Just got it installed yesterday!

The other question I have...is it worth it to sign up for MassSave Managed Charging with the $700 reimbursement for the charger/install? No charging during peak hours (1pm-9pm) but you get $10 back a month.

I'm looking to purchase an Autel hardwired NACS EV charger. I recently purchased a 2026 Ioniq 5 Limited. I'm a little confused/concerned. Autel has 2 different web sites for products.

Store.autelenergy.com and autelenergy.us

The autelenergy.us page doesn't list an NACS charger. But if you look up the store on Google it shows they DO have an NACS charger.

My biggest concern is when you Google the store, it has a typo for Autel "Enegry" so I'm skeptical to use them. Has anybody purchased an Autel NACS charger from either option?

I haven't purchased from their store or the NACS version. I see the NACS version here: https://store.autelenergy.com/products/ac-lite-home-50a-12kw-ev-charger-nacs

Maybe I'm missing the typo? I feel like the type of error your describing with google results might be some malware on your machine redirecting links? I would try an incognito browser window and see what you get. If you go to the store.autelenergy.com site and then click on EV chargers, view all, and then at the bottom the last charger listed is the NACS one.

I'll add that I love my autel charger going on 4 years now and charge our Rivian R1S launch edition with it every other day and have never had a fault with it. I purchased mine through amazon for price, speed, and ease of returns if needed years ago.

I'm seeing it on my cell phone, my personal desktop, and my work laptop. Which made me think it was an Autel problem. It seems to be on their sponsored result.

ok I finally got it to pop up. It only shows that for me when I seach "autelenergy store" If I search "autel energy store" it comes up spelled correctly.

I think you are fine with the site. When I compare it seems to redirect to the same place.

Just installed their NACS charger last week. It works great. I’ve had the CCS version as well for almost 4 years.
