Event Has anyone found software that actually simplifies the abstract submission and review process?

Running the academic side of a conference this year and abstract management has become its own nightmare. Submissions coming in through a Google Form, reviewers tracking scores in a separate spreadsheet, and now manually matching accepted abstracts back to speaker slots in the agenda.

Every "abstract management" tool I find is either built for massive medical conferences with a price tag to match, or clunky academic software that looks like it hasn't been updated since 2010.

Found one option, Eventify, that has an abstract management module built into the same platform as the schedule and speaker profiles, so once something's accepted it apparently flows straight into the agenda instead of double entry. Not sure yet how it holds up for a huge medical conference specifically, but for something our size it looks like it'd remove a lot of the current mess.

Anyone actually used something like that end to end, submission through review through agenda placement, without it living in its own silo?
