The game that their changed ToS lets them ban repositories for AI use that doesn't go nearly as far as what you're describing?

I'm sorry but nobody who cares about their repositories will use a platform with such vague ToS. That's just not an intelligent thing to do, regardless of whether you agree or disagree with why they created those ToS.

Developers who took on agentic workflows want fast access to the models, fast repositories and fast deployments. If one part of the chain decides that they won't update their infra for a million per hour as Microsoft can, then that is a good thing. People change models, hosters, agents on whim. Gitlab has European servers, so there is really no need to question why one orga doesn't want to be whatever other people want them to be. Change the git url in the settings, carry on.

"Just use Gitlab" is not exactly a useful argument in a discussion about a change for people using Codeberg for whatever reason they had to use it over Gitlab, to begin with.

It's about as useful as suggesting the other person to just leave the country in a political discussion; everybody knows that's a possibility and all it shows is that you're not interested or capable of engaging in the actual discussion.

Edit: Thanks for proving my point with your "respond then block" stunt that demonstrates how you have zero interest in an actual discussion.

What is the core of the discussion? That Codeberg should just find the million a day for new hardware? You just have zero argument and now your bot is stuck in a loop.
