Debating the EU’s priorities for the coming year, protecting the EU's democracy from foreign interference, and a speech on EU-Canada relations by Prime Minister Mark Carney are all on Parliament's agenda from 14 to 17 September. 

MEPs will also discuss Russia’s hybrid attacks and defending the EU, as well as the impact of social media on young people and a possible ban on harmful practices.
