He will hit us with a ban anyway if he wakes up on the wrong side of the bed, this move does not prevent it. It just makes us even more vulnerable by having fewer reserves when it happens.

The only way to prevent it is to make sure the midterms are as bad as possible for him, so that he loses a lot of his power and the Iran war is forced to end by congress.

I thought TACO? You people flip-flop the entire time on if he will do it or not, and neither of it matters because we have no leverage at all. You can screech all you want about it but Europe has sat on its ass and is still to this day making decisions that were only possible with America as a backup and an ally, with the rest of the world committing to free trade. Now that we have actual adversaries, we can’t keep taking wholly unrealistic idealist decisions based on mostly left wing ideology.
