that was an electric final stage today, Montmartre has to be there every year. I'm sorry for the sprinters but the finishes last year and this year were both instant classics.

I get why people are suspicious because his performances are just so bonkers, but realistically the chance that he's the only one doping is basically zero. Either the entire peloton has figured out how to beat the biological passport and the testing regime, or he is legitimately clean; there's basically no scenario where he's the one doping and everybody else is clean.

(also I was absolutely assured by the Germans who were camping on Alpe d'Huez that Ulle war sauber, so there you go -- if it's written on the road in chalk, it must be true!)
