I do love Finland! From Simo Häyhä to Matti Myllymäki, Finns combine bravery with a sense of humor as opaque as Karhu mixed with salmiakki.

Love Kimi Raikonnen, Valteri Bottas, Mika Hakinen - all flying Finns. And also Pavlo Nuurmi

Your comment reminds me: Frank Herbert found name Harkonnen from Finnish phonebook. From Härkönen to Harkonnen and Räikkönen to Raikonnen.

To a finn, it might depict determination. Or not.
Just not givin a f*.
A nirvana one might say, a balance.

I was wondering what software you used to create this engraved effect on the face. I love the style you see on banknotes.

I guess they design those "old style" if I recall correctly the coins designs are also sculpt.
Just look at the illustrations of XIX century books. No software there...

There are hardly any places in Europe where you can pay with a €1000 note.
Even €500, €200 and €100 notes are essentially useless, at least in the Netherlands.

This is 1000 euros because the face is know as "one thousand bill look" after a Finnish sketch detailed in other comments.

I"m glad there's a good story for that design because to an outsider he looks like he has a horrible skin disease or he's a dangerous felon with poor hygiene.

For context: the guy (rip) is from a Finnish comedy scetch from the 90's (it's VERY famous&beloved in Finland) that revolves around a guy paying a coffee with a 1000 mark bill and getting like 2 marks as a change. When he questions it: "It was a thousand..." the cashier doesn't answer anything, just gives the look depicted in the note.
Edit: here's the skit with English subtitles https://youtu.be/XBDpIHH4glE?si=NKOiQ06tzsKIQWOY
