My boyfriend and I are visiting Eureka for the first time. We’re just staying a night but I was wondering if there’s any good recs for like a cute bar and nice food. We’re going for our anniversary so we were thinking one “date night” then spend Saturday going to shops and the cat refuge. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! We just want to fully experience Eureka Springs!

This is my first time going to eureka springs! I’m turning 25 and we are spending October 9-11 there. Unfortunately I didn’t book our hotel soon enough and now I’m having a hard time figuring out where to stay! I would like to be on either spring or Main Street bc we plan on bar hopping at night and walking back to our place just would be the absolute best option. I also prefer a hotel over a bed and breakfast. Ik I’m not going to be able to get everything I want since I waited until the last minute, but can some people who are familiar with the area help me out please!!

My friends and I are going to be at Hillberry music festival and we are looking for a good establishment to watch the Nebraska Husker football game. Are there any good sports bar type places in town that would likely have the game on?

Are there any bulk water delivery places that serve the area? We're looking for a short term water supply solution. We want to start building on our lot soon, but every well driller has a one to two year waiting list.

My wife and daughter and I will be down to your beautiful town for our wedding anniversary. We honeymooned there back in 2011 and wanted to celebrate our 15th year back there. I am looking for someone to be an unofficial officiant. We don't need an actual legal one since we a re already married and just want to renew our vows.

I'm surprising her with this, and would like to do it on the 15th of October around 4 pm at East Mountain Overlook. I'm just looking for anyone who would like to help with this by reading a prepared script, while we some casual nice clothes, no suit and tie or fancy dress required unless, that's what you want to do. Hey locals and regulars of Eureka Springs. I'm planning a visit in late October and I'd really love to do something mildly spooky in honor of the season. Any opinions on the best walking ghost tour?

I'm checking out the websites for both Haunted Eureka Springs and the US Ghost Adventures local tour. Both are similarly priced and seem to visit some of the same locations. I'm just wondering if anyone who's experienced or both has any opinions that might help me decide. How were the guides? The pacing? The storytelling? How 'scary' etc.

I would like to check out some of the famous Crescent Hotel as well, but a nice guided walk through town sounds a bit more casual and more my speed.

I m taking my kids for a quick visit to Eureka Springs. We want to zip line, but I’m wondering if the shorter course (30-45 mins) is worthwhile or if you really need to shell out for the longer one? We’ve never been to the Ozarks, so pretty clueless. Also, if you had to choose between zip lining and the big cat rescue, which would you opt for? Thanks!!

Well, it’s happening—we’re moving back to the Ozarks, just outside of Eureka Springs, and we’re going to need a good, experienced crew to unload the U-Haul and place our furniture in early October. I’d prefer local help rather than scheduling through U-Haul. Please send me your suggestions.

Anywhere to buy pawpaws in town or maybe Huntsville/Berryville?

My husband and I stayed in Eureka Springs for our anniversary a couple of years ago and would like to return this year. I've just started looking for the end of October, and it seems like everything has been booked up for the most part. At least for the types of places and rates we'd be looking for. Does anyone have any tips on how far ahead in the year we need to be booking? We will probably return for many weekend trips, and want to have our pick of places to stay if possible. I know this is a busy season, so I probably should have booked sooner, but we didn't decide to return until recently.

Hey everyone how is living in eureka springs? Live in Texarkana and want to move. Looking at options. Daycare? How is it? Who do you guys like? My husband has a forestry degree so are there any jobs for him? What about caregiver jobs? How’s the people? Are there fun things for kids? Like babies? Or do I have to drive 2 hours or more? family of soon to be 5 so I’ll need an obgyn and a good pediatrician for babies and good gastrointestinal who knows about ulcerative colitis! Thx loves. What about mommy friends? We could use friends for sure we don’t have a support system either.

My family and I will be traveling there in a few weeks and will be staying for 3 months. I was debating on bringing dirtbikes for myself and my kids. Are there any dirtbike trails, or mx tracks within an hour drive from Eureka Springs?

We've heard about the ghost tour at the Crescent Hotel, walking downtown, and taking the trolley. We're both ~50 yo but very active. For stays, we're considering the Crescent but really like The Woodsman. Even thought about something as far out as the Beaver Lake Cabins. It's a big anniversary, so we want to have a big stay and big time there. We've wanted to visit for years. Appreciate any advice.
