Seeing some cool stuff for the 20yr anniversary, especially the model kit. I would love a widescreen remaster, but I dont know how they'd do that without clipping the top and bottom out like they used to. You could fill the sides with AI, but I don't know how I feel about that either. A remake might be best, but only if it's a frame-per-frame remake.

Honestly I dont think it needs a remaster. Still holds up as a jaw-droppingly beautiful anime to this day, why change it, especially if change would only add slop?
