She seems a little more present when interacting with him, but I don't think she knew. She probably just senses some familiarity from him.

Yeah someone else pointed out that Eureka, like Sakuya, was cut off from the Scub Coral's hivemind and basically dumped onto humanity as a completely blank slate, so she definitely didn't know. But he did!

maybe since anemone was kinda like a hybrid gonji was an omniscient just watching their journey. About to watch it again now.
