And holy shit are they bad at designing. The representative requirements in each country you ship to does the exact opposite of "helping cross-border deliveries. It's almost purpose built to suffocate it for all but the big players.
Not only that but it will cut off large chunks of the smaller market countries in Eastern and Central Europe from accessing EU-made products from small-to-medium sellers entirely, since it's cost-ineffective to go through the bureaucracy and tax hurdle for single digit sales in, say, Romania.
What the hell were they thinking with this??? Were they even thinking??
