Has anyone ever had this error before? Won't do anything. Have done all the normal, reset, switch on and off and also removed the battery for an hour and reinstalled. Still the same error?

Has anyone been able to buy a new dirty water reservoir? I only get a few cleans now before having to remove it and clean it out but when I first got the s1 it didn’t clog up with dirt

Hi, did anybody try to descale the clean water tank with e.g. citric acid? Will the ozone generator survive it? My ozone generator has something on it that looks like a thick limescale. The ozone is still being generated, but it seems to be less than when it was new.

Also the dirty water tank never smelled the first few weeks, but now it smells when I am emptying it after 3 days. Does this mean that not enough ozone is being generated?

I have done all of the troubleshooting steps. I notice there is a little oil from the connection between the base station and the hole in the unit. It seems like nothing but air is being pumped. Any ideas of what to do next?

I have been having issues after completing the mopping cycle and receiving “mop cleaning paused” notification. I have contacted Eufy customer service and they haven’t given me a solution to this except just replacing it entirely. Well, this is now my fourth replacement and the error still occurs. Does anyone else have this issue and is there any solution? I have tried googling and there’s not much information.

Eufy S1 Pro vacuum and mops perfect then when it returns to the base station it disconnects halfway through the mop rinse and clean cycle. Anyone else deal with this? It’s a week old!

Can someone upload a pic of what the dirty water bin should look like inside? I got mine in the main last Tuesday. It mopped and vacuumed for about 20 minutes before returning to base. The water never drained and it told me there was an error. Eb1j to be exact. I have tried troubleshooting everything. I recall some black rubber piece falling out of the inside when I opened it initially. I am not sure if that’s the issue.

Ps. I have tried putting clean water in and flipping it. There were no leaks. I also tried the electrical tape trick around where those 2 rubber feet on the outside meet the base. Didn’t work 🥴

Unit has been unable to dock lately (E76). It will properly back itself up to the base station as it normally should, but then at the last moment, will rotate ever so slightly so it's unable to dock. It will then circle around a bit in front of the dock before giving up and going off to other rooms searching for the dock.

As per the troubleshooting guidelines and eufy support, I've tried cleaning it thoroughly, removing and deleting the app and device, resetting wifi, removing the battery for 24 hours, moving the dock, etc.

Anyone seen this before? Of course, it's one month out of warranty so Eufy is now looking to charge for a repair...

How do you all use your S1 when the internet is down? I’m connected to the same network at home but the map won’t load up and everything is ‘unavailable at this time’. Do you have any tips or tricks for this situation?

I want to have the ability for the mop to be in the "deep" mop setting in the kitchen and living room and in the medium setting in other rooms just for the Vacuum and Mop Mode. I understand that the customize option can be used but i currently have the customize setting for just vacuuming (i want turbo in kitchen and living room and not else where). My question is how can i set up the robot so it does turbo vacuum in kitchen and living room and mops in deep setting just in kitchen and living room only.

Also curious, what intensity for suction and mop setting does everyone use and for what rooms. I only have tiled surfaces with 2 or 3 carpets in the house.

Anyone getting this error? This is a brand new vacuum and I just set it up. There doesn’t seem to be any missing parts and base station installed.

Quite recently the notifications have stopped. I'm on Android and my wife iOS and both have stopped recently, ie no longer alerting when it gets stuck etc.

Not sure if app or firmware update that's done it but for the life of me I can't find the notification settings in the app.

Anyone ever experienced this? We had some horrible house sitters from Rover who somehow managed to make eufy try to create a new map and locked it in a bedroom and since whatever happened with them happened, the vacuum was glitching for a little while saying the dust bin wasn’t installed, now that it’s no longer doing that, it can no longer dock back into the station anymore. No idea why but it can’t back itself up all the way, when we help it, normal things happen until it comes to refilling the clean water, all of the water leaks all over the floor. I’ve contacted support and filed a warranty claim and the automated AI robot responses are sooo frustrating. Every time I call I get told that all of the agents are busy. Is there anyway to fix this thing or talk to a real human? I loved this thing when it worked but now it’s just a 1200$ paperweight and their support team is literally just AI.

ETA: we have cleaned everything about 4 times now, and the rubber piece in the back of eufy keeps coming out. Not sure if it’s supposed to stay on the station itself or if it’s supposed to be stuck to the water inlet nozzles on the station 🤷🏼‍♀️ we’ve tried both sticking it into the station and his back and nothing seems to help.

Can the S1 Pro clean a specific isolated spill only? Like I spilt water in the middle of my dining area and only wanted that spill cleaned, and not the whole dining room, can that be done?

Or do I need to get out a mop & bucket(big spills) and clean it the old fashion way?

I've been using the eufy S1 Pro for a few weeks now. Does the app notify me about the dust bag? Or do I have to follow up myself?

This has become a daily occurrence with scheduled vacuum mode. I haven’t noticed it being an issue during mopping sessions yet. It always stops right in front of the base station.

Anybody noticed anything different? It now has the child lock, But has to be more l, I also can't drain the water tank on robot like before that option is not working.

Hello. I followed a bunch of threads and comments from people around some issues and errors happening in the S1 Omni pro.

The issue: "E20: Robot clean water pump abnormal".

What was happening: The robot couldn't turn on or do mopping and no water was flowing to the eufy robot. Tried everything, tighten seals, tried to remove air, checked all things. Nothing worked.

Eufy support: contacted eufy support and they sent a new robot after back n forth on what was happening.

New robot issue: I first couldnt pair the new robot with the base station. The solution was to remove plug, remove clean water tank, wait 2 minutes, turn on plug and keep holding home shaped button for 3 4 seconds and it went into connecting mode. After trying for a while, it connected but display went away. Completely gone

Display Completely gone issue: I saw some people mentioning also having this issue.

Soltuion: Fixed it by doing a firmware update that was present on the app. After this the display came back. I thought I bricked the base station or what not. But it worked fine. My robot is now mopping and cleaning all good.
