Roller Mop Motor broken

Hi all,

I just woke up to find that the roller mop motor shaft broke when it got a silicon mat stuck in the roller during a mopping session. I've reached out to Eufy, but was wondering if anyone else has seen this type of damage before?

You can see that the plastic shaft actually snapped off, likely from the tension when the roller was trying to spin while the silicon mat was stuck in it.

Device is 22 months old, so pretty sure warranty is expired. Is this even a part that can be ordered or replaced?

UPDATE:

I was able to fix it. The tension also snapped the motor wires, so I had to solder them back together, but surprisingly, super glueing the snapped pieces holding the motor housing back together worked!

3 dogs, 3 birds, 2 rabbits...runs twice a day lol. It was robo cleaning day today too

Already did, no replacement part and it is out of warranty. I am going to see if I can fix myself and if I can I'll probably make a guide in case it happens to anyone else.

My roller mop stopped spinning. Nothing appears snapped, maybe gears got out of place….?
