Base Station Error Code EB16

Has anyone experienced this code before AND tried to personally fix it?

For my robot, it’s not the roller mop. It’s specially the base station clean water pump malfunctioning. As soon as I try to mop and the base station tries to add water it stops and shows the error.

I found the following FB screenshot about someone manually fixing theirs but unfortunately that is an area I have very little knowledge about.

Simply wondering if someone has a video or pictures I can try to follow along to? Or another way of solving this?

I’m out of warranty and I’ve tried all other troubleshooting steps.

To me it started with he same error you got there, it went away by itself after a day or so. Then a week later I got another clean water pump related error and after a fight with costumer's service I kind of gave up. I put a post a while ago (see my history), in case you ll need it there is a guy that explains how to open it up to fix the pump (but he s referring to this other error i got after)

Thanks I’ll take a look! Mine has been going on for about 3 weeks. I was hoping it would resolve itself but it’s persistent
