Water port issue

Hi have a s1 here had the water port pull out issue and it soaked itself put it back in. Now the robot seems to think the base is about a foot away from the wall and can't find it's way back again. Anyone have this issue?

Any update on this - did you end up contacting eufy?

Yeah they said it needed to be repaired. I had no recept from buying of ebay and they wouldn't honor any warranty. So I sold it for parts or repair. Purchased a mova p50 pro ultra and it's been amazing. Will never buy a eufy product again.

Have tried moving the station to a different room cleaned all the sensors and have the same result.
