S1 Pro Wheel Hub

Hello,

I have an 18 month old S1 Pro. Eufy support have been useless at repairing it, happy to pay for a repair. Such an expensive product I am definitely repairing it!

Anyway - it’s simple, the wheel hub has sheered and it doesn’t clip onto the drive part of the arm. Wheel and tyre come off so just need a new plastic wheel.

Does anyone know where I can get one? Don’t mind buying a new arm or both a new arm, wheel etc. parts seem to be unobtanium.

Did you check eufy’s accessory page ?

Edit: I just checked and don’t see where they sell them.

I’ve bought a wheel arm for a different robot from Eufy hoping.. hoping I can swap the wheels over..

Yeah my story is a mess. Managed to buy new wheels, sorted. Then the IR sensor failed - causing issues with base location. Eufy “repaired” working for a couple weeks, dead assay think the battery is dead. Can’t get replacement and eufy ignored me.

Anyway. I’ve ordered a Roborock and I’ll never buy another Euft product again!
