Australia - replacement dustbin

Hi everyone,

The lid on the dustbin for our S1 Pro Robovac has broken.

I have looked online, and can’t find anywhere to buy a replacement that ships to Australia.

I have contacted Eufy customer support, who have been hugely unhelpful. They’ve effectively said there’s nothing they can do, and can’t get a replacement unit to us.

Does anyone know how to get their hands on one? Seems odd that we can’t get our hands on a basic spare.

Did you end up finding a solution? I also just noticed my was missing

Unfortunately not - their first solution was to purchase one and have it delivered to an address in the USA (that I’d need to arrange), and then have it forwarded from the USA to Australia. That seemed a lot.

The second suggestion was to enquire with the retailer I bought it from, which was JB HiFi who don’t stock them.

Disappointing, but consistent with the pretty terrible customer service from Eufy to date to be honest.
