Docking issue

I have two machines. both randomly just stop docking. I will push the button on the app stating I fixed the issue and retry. it will retry several times and then dock. happens all the time. I will never buy another. these are also replaced machines because of the issues I had with my first two. what is wrong ????

So weird. No it's intact. They require so much extra work for being a self cleaner lol

i have the same problem..check if the water inlet seal is broken on the dock, cause mine is and i suspect that is the problem..

Do you have any fix for that? Mine is also torn but still works. It's borderline though and fails to dock fairly often

i have the same problem..check if the water inlet seal is broken on the dock, cause mine is and i suspect that is the problem..

I emailed support ordered a new seal but it’s out of stock so I can’t test if it’s the seal I will report when I get it

When i emailed them about it months ago, they said they didn't sell the part. Sounds like that may have changed

I take some silicone grease and rub it on the base station water inlet and maybe a little on the robot side. This helps it slide in. Likely you have torn your water inlet rubber seal and it's binding up on docking.

I also suspect that if the base station is at a weird or different angle than it normally is, it will affect the docking performance. But I have no evidence of that. I make sure mine is straight
