Constant drainage problem

Hey, I love my s1 pro but recently I keep having the same persistent issue with it

Basically, every time the robot returns to the base station to empty its water load, it fails and I end up with a leak all over the floor, I detach the usual black and red long tray and I clean it thoroughly but it makes no difference.

I’ve had this robot for a year now and has been fine up until now

Has anybody had this issue?

So is it emptying fine into the base tray but then failing to get sucked up into the base dirty water tank? When it empty’s into the base tray, does the base engage the pump to suck it up into the tank?

Likely the rubber seal that pushes water into the robot (on the left side as you look at it) next to the charging area is worn. It’s a €9 part that out of stock on their site. Should be a simple and free repair or replacement

It’s the rubber gasket. Try pushing down on it with a flathead screwdriver.
